Brett Howard
The Owner and Director of the Pilates Haus, he is the Director of Education and a Senior Teacher of Teachers of the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification Program (formally the United States Pilates Association™), as well as the Director of Education of the Classic Pilates Institute in South Korea. Certified by the New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska in 1998 and has trained extensively with Pilates Elders Mary Bowen, Jay Grimes and Lolita San Miguel, as well as Master Teachers Bob Liekens, Sari Mejia Santo, Kathy Corey, Cary Regan, Blossom Crawford, Deborah Lessen and Steve Giordano.
A distinguished educator of the method, he has taught workshops all around the United States as well as Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, China, England, Finland, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Spain and Switzerland. Brett Howard holds a M.A. in Dance Education from New York University Steinhardt School of Education, Culture and Human Development and a B.F.A. in Dance from S.U.N.Y. Purchase College Conservatory of Dance.
He has been a huge supporter of the PSS, both it’s inception and evolution, and I am proud and grateful for every minute of private session personal training and Pilates healing with Brett for 15+ years and hope he never leaves New Jersey.
